Recipe:Chinese Rice

Chinese Rice
 
Ingredients:
Soya sauce 4-6 tbsp
Spring onion 4-5
Crushed ginger 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Eggs 4
Boiled Rice 1/2 kg
Salt as per taste
White pepper 1-2 tsp
Yellow food color a few drops
Chicken stock 1 cup
Oil as required
 
Procedure:
1.Take 1/4 cup chicken stock or water and add yellow food color,1 tbsp oil,salt and white pepper in it.
2.Now whisk 4 eggs in this water.
3.Fry the egg mixture like an omelet, then crumble the fried egg.
4.Saute ginger and garlic in a pan.
5.Add in soya sauce,white pepper,remaining chicken stock and cook for a min.
6.Add boiled rice and mix well.
7.Cover and cook for a while.
8.Add spring onion [only green part] and crumbled eggs and cook on low flame for 5 min.
9.Now take out in a platter and serve hot with chicken shashlik.
