Recipe Ingredients
  • 1  crème patisserie
  • 250g strawberries halved
  • 125g kiwi sliced
  • 125g peach sliced
  • 2 tbsp. raspberry jam






Recipe Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180degreeC. Lightly grease a round 8 inch loose based, fluted flan (tart) tin
  2. Roll out the pastry between two sheets of baking paper to fit the base and side of the tin. Line the tin with the pastry and trim away any excess. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Line the pastry-lined tin with baking paper and spread a layer of baking beads or uncooked rice evenly over the paper. Bake for 15minutes, remove the paper and beads and bake for a further 15 minutes or until golden.
  3. Spread the pastry cream in the pastry shell and top with the strawberries, kiwi and peach. Heat the jam in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, or in the microwave, until it liquefies. Strain and then brush over the fruit with a pastry brush.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Puff pastry ½ kg
  • Ingredients for filling
  • Boiled & shredded chicken 300 gm
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp




Recipe Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry 300 gm boiled and shredded chicken for 1 minute. Add 1 chopped onion and fry well. Now add 2 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup. Cook till water dries. Now turn the flame off and add 1 tbsp ginger juliennes. Roll puff pastry and cut by using cutter. Grease mold and put a piece of puff pastry on it. Spread chicken filling on it. Put other piece on top, brush beaten egg and press well. Lastly bake in a pre heated oven for 30 minutes. Chicken patties are ready to serve.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Boneless fish ½ kg
  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Onion 1 
  • Big green chili 8 to 10
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Crushed ginger 1 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Aniseed 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Nigella seed ½ tsp
  • Mustard seed ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seed ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Dry mango 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste











Recipe Method

First sprinkle salt on ½ kg boneless fish and fry then and put it on a side. In little yogurt add 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp dry mango, 1 tsp cumin powder and salt to taste to mix. Then mark cut in 8 to 10 green chilies and fills the yogurt mixture in it. In a pan add 1 tbsp crushed garlic with 1 onion to stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. In a mixing bowl add 2 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, 1 tsp aniseed, 1 tsp white cumin, ½ tsp onion seeds, ½ tsp mustard seed, ¼ tsp fenugreek seed and salt to taste to mix and suate. Then add as required water and cover the lid to simmer. When gravy turns thick add fried fish and dish it out. Achari fish is ready.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Chicken Mince ½ kg
  • Seekh Kabab Masala 3 tbsp
  • Bread slice 1
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted gramflour 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste 
  • Egg 1
  • Onions 3
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Oil 1 cup
  • To boil rice:
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder some
  • Yellow food color a pinch
  • Fresh milk ½ cup
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp.







Recipe Method

  • Mix chicken mince and 1 bread slice and 3 tbsp seekh kabab masala. Add in 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1tbsp roasted gram flour, 4 cardamoms, 1 tsp white cumin. Grind it. Chop mince. Add in 1 egg and salt. Make kabab abd shallow fry them.  Soak rice and boil them with ½ bunch mint leaves, 4 chopped green chilies, all spice powder, salt, cardamom and 1 tbsp white vinegar. Drain the water once the rice are boiled. Take one cup oil in the pan and add on 3 chopped onion and fry them. Take ½ of them out and keep it aside. In the remaining onion add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili flakes and 1 tsp crushed black pepper and cook it. Add in kabab and cook them. Then take them out. Greas the paste and layer the rice. Layer up the Mixture prepared on it. Layer up the remaining rice and mix together milk and yellow food color and pour it over the pan. Simmer it. Dish out the rice and put the kababs on it. Serve hot.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Palak puree ingredients:
  • 500grams            Fresh spinach
  • 1 or 2 Green chilies, chopped
  • 2 Garlic clove (optional)
  • 11 inch ginger, roughly chopped
  • For the Palak curry:
  • 1 Medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Medium sized tomato, chopped
  • 4-5 Garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tspTurmeric powder
  • 1tsp Red chili powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 200 grams Spinach
  • 1 or 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil or ghee or unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves
  • As requiredSalt
  • As requiredWater
  • Few tsp    Butter for topping
 
 
 
 
 
 

Recipe Method

  1. Making the spinach puree:
  2. Rinse the spinach and
  3. Boil water in a pan with some salt.
  4. Switch off the fire and add the spinach leaves in the hot water.
  5. Close with a lid and let the spinach leaves sit in the water for 2-3 mins.
  6. Drain and immediately add the leaves in a pan or bowl containing ice cold water.
  7. Drain and then puree the spinach in a blender or hand blender with ginger, garlic and green chilies. make a smooth puree.
  8. Making the palak curry:
  9. heat oil or ghee in a pan
  10. fry the cumin first. then add the bay leaves and onions.
  11. fry till the onions become soft.
  12. now add the garlic and tomatoes.fry till the tomatoes become soft.
  13. add the turmeric powder, red chili powder stir and fry for some seconds.
  14. add the spinach puree. Add some water if required.
  15. simmer for 6-7 minutes or more till the spinach is cooked.
  16. lastly add salt and garam masala.
  17. stir and add the paneer and .add  the milk and stir. Simmer for 30 seconds or a minute.at the end  you can also add some crushed kasuri methi leaves.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 2-4 tbsp caster sugar 
  • Few mini marshmallows






Recipe Method

Heat milk add in the cocoa powder and caster sugar. Whisk till cocoa is dissolved well and no lumps remain. Pour in mugs and serve with marshmallows

Recipe For Strawberry Cream Pie


 

Ingredients




Original recipe makes 1 9-inch pie                     


Directions

  1. Stir strawberries with glaze in a bowl and place in refrigerator to chill. Stir cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  2. Beat cream in a separate bowl with an electric mixer just until it begins to thicken; add cream cheese mixture and continue beating until thick. Pour cream mixture into baked pie crust; top with strawberry mixture. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Directions

  1. Toss strawberries with brown sugar in a bowl and let stand while you complete remaining steps, about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. Whisk flour, 1 tablespoon white sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Cut butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs, and drizzle in milk. Mix just until the dough holds together. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and roll out into a 10-inch circle. Fit dough into a 9-inch pie dish. Prick the dough several times on the bottom and sides; fill with dry beans or pie weights.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Remove crust and let cool.
  5. Bring cream just barely to a simmer in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk egg yolks thoroughly in a bowl with 1/4 teaspoon salt and add about 1 tablespoon of the hot cream to the beaten yolks, whisking constantly. Continue to add and whisk hot cream into the yolks until about 2/3 cup of cream has been added, then whisk the yolk mixture into the remaining hot cream in the saucepan, pouring it in a thin stream. Continue whisking until cream mixture is thick and smooth, about 5 more minutes; do not let boil or custard will curdle. Remove custard from heat and let stand until it reaches room temperature, about 30 minutes.
  6. Drain juice from strawberries and layer them into the bottom of the baked pie shell. Spread cream custard over the berries; refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
  7. Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
  8. Sprinkle 1/4 cup white sugar evenly over top of pie and broil until the sugar is browned, about 5 minutes. Let pie stand 5 minutes for sugar topping to cool before serving.
 
 

Recipe For Strawberry Puff Pastry Tart
 

Ingredients
•1 large egg
•2 teaspoons water
•1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed (half 17 1/4-ounce package)
•1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and wiped dry, hulled and halved, or sliced 1/4-inch thick
•1/4 cup heavy cream
•3/4 cup mascarpone cheese, or 6 ounces softened cream cheese
•3 tablespoons superfine or granulated sugar
•2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
•1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
•2 tablespoons red currant or apricot jam
•1 tablespoon apple juice or water
•1 pint vanilla ice cream, melted
• Mint sprigs, garnish


Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, beat the egg with the water.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a large rectangle, about 14 by 8 inches. With a small, sharp knife, lightly score the outer 3/4-inch edge of each side. Using your finger or a pastry brush, brush this outer edge with the egg wash. Fold the outer edge over onto the dough to make a border, pressing gently to adhere, and paint the top lightly with the egg wash. With a fork, score the inner base of the tart. Place on a prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Bake the pastry shell until light golden brown and crisp, about 20 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
In a small bowl, beat the cream to soft peaks.
In a medium bowl, beat together the mascarpone, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
Spread the cream mixture evenly over the bottom of the tart shell. Arrange the berries decoratively over the top.
In a small bowl, whisk the jam and apple juice until the jam is smooth and a spreadable consistency. Using a pastry brush, lightly glaze the top of the berries with the jam.
Slice the tart into 8 portions. Spoon puddles of the melted ice cream into the center of 8 dessert plates and top with slices of the tart.

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and 1 tablespoon heavy cream together in a bowl. Spread into bottom of pie crust. Arrange about 2 cups quartered strawberries onto cream cheese layer.
  2. Mix 2 cups mashed strawberries, 1 cup sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until slightly reduced and thickened, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Pour cooled strawberry mixture over strawberry layer in pie crust. Chill in refrigerator until set, 2 hours.
  4. Beat 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Spread over cooled pie.


Recipe For Strawberry Cheesecake Pie

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Bake pie crust until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove crust from oven and turn oven temperature down to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  4. Beat cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a bowl until smoothly combined.
  5. Pour filling into crust.
  6. Bake until filling is set, about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  8. Whisk together 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and strawberry gelatin in a saucepan until smooth; place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring constantly, until the gelatin has dissolved and the glaze has thickened, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  9. Arrange the sliced strawberries atop the cheese filling.
  10. Pour warm glaze over sliced strawberries. Chill thoroughly in refrigerator before serving.

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 600g chicken mince
  • 1 green capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 150g sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • fresh thick rice noodles, to serve (see note)
