Dal Gosht is a very delicious dish.
Ingredients:
Dal channa boiled 1 cup
Mutton 1/2 kg
Onion chopped 2
Tomatoes chopped 2
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Green chillies 1-2
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Cloves 4-5
Procedure:
1.Fry onion in oil till golden brown.
2.Add mutton and fry for 5 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes,ginger and garlic pastes and all spices and then fry for 5 minutes.
4.Add 1 glass water and cook on medium flame till meat is tender.
5.Now add boiled dal and 1/2 glass water and cook for further 5-10 minutes.
6.At last add green chillies and fresh coriander leaves and shimmer.
7.Delicious Dal Gosht is ready.Serve with Roti or Boiled/Fried Rice and Salad and Pickles.
